Launch and implementation of new initiatives – Developing the strategy, execution and stakeholder engagement plans to launch new initiatives, and providing operational support.

Redesign organizational structures and governance models – Improving organizational health and performance by enhancing structures, processes, and ways of working, including culture change.

Improve operational effectiveness – Helping nonprofits deliver programs and opportunities more efficiently and effectively by revamping both programmatic operations and critical back-office functions.

Evaluate impact – Establishing processes for sound measurement and evaluation, drawing on community voices and lived experiences to understand what’s working and what’s not.
